This Internal Auditor training course is designed to provide participants with the skills and knowledge to plan and conduct audits against the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.  Participiants will gain the knowledge of how to assess compliance with ISO 9001:2015 after successfully completing this course.

ISO 9001 is the international standard that defines the requirements for a Quality Management System (QMS). A Quality Management System enables organisations to manage their processes and systems in order that customer and other stakeholder requirements can be achieved. At its core is the principle of continuous improvement.

This practical and interactive 2-day ISO 9001:2015 internal auditor training course enables delegates to interpret the requirements of the ISO 9001 QMS standard from an auditing perspective, and to conduct effective audits. Delegates will learn the principles and practices of effective quality management systems (QMS) process audits in accordance with ISO 19011:2018.

ISO 19011:018 provides guidance on auditing management systems, including the principles of auditing, managing an audit programme and conducting management system audits, as well as guidance on the evaluation of competence of individuals involved in the audit process.

On completion of this training, participants will be able to:
