Technical writing is an often overlooked skill. Great technical writing helps readers understand complex documents quickly and clearly. Poor technical writing can obfuscate, confuse and irritate.
This course provides Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) such as engineers, scientists, and technical professionals with the knowledge and skills to make their technical documentation accurate, brief, clear, complete and, above all, useful.
Applying this knowledge can help avoid stressful situations when, for example, your technical documents are reviewed by external auditors (we know from experience!)
