Dr. Fiona Masterson has over 20 years of experience in life sciences, high-tech manufacturing, and education. She holds a Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering focused on innovative drug/device combination products and is a certified lead auditor.
Fiona has extensive experience in quality systems, regulatory compliance, and operations management, having worked in fast-paced manufacturing environments and start-ups. She also lectures part-time in higher education and contributes to collaborative public health research initiatives. Fiona is the founder of the Forging Futures: Women in Maufacturing Network, reflecting her commitment to workforce development and industry collaboration.
